Users who are logging in for the first time will use a temporary password provided by DMH. Enter that password in the password box. You'll get opportunity to set your own password at the first successful login. Once you have set your own password, you have to maintain your password every 30 days. The password expires every 30 days, as required by CMS and HIPAA standards.
If you forget your password and need to have it reset. For security reasons, the User account will be locked out after 3 unsuccessful attempts to logon.
