To access the Data Link System you need...
A computer with Internet Connection with Web Browser (Preferably IE6.0 or higher)
A Valid DMH User ID, Password And PIN Number
UserID: Enter the User ID provided to you by DMH in this box. Your ID either starts with letters HSD or DHS followed by alpha numeric code. Your ID is not case sensitive. How to get User ID.
Password: First time users will be provided a temporary password by DMH. Enter that password in the password box. You'll get opportunity to set your own password at the first successful login. You will use your new password from there on. How to maintain Password.
PIN: Enter your secret PIN number that you have set for yourself. How to set PIN.
