What is SISOnline?
SISOnline stands for Service Inquiry System Online. It was originally developed to assist Mental Health Network management to access community agency monthly service and financial information. Many functions have been added since the initial release that was under the Window based infrastructure in 1996. With demand of the Illinois Medicaid Maximization Initiative project, we have developed the Web based SISOnline application not only for the DHS program offices but also the entire community service providers. Now the SISOnline is the official inquiry application for the MH service delivery system.

What features are available in SISOnline?
The primary inquiry function is the agency's monthly service variance report. It also includes the Medicaid billing and bill error rate reporting. In addition, the ad-hoc reporting function has been added to allow users to develop user-defined reports.
