By default, records are sorted in Inmate ID order (lowest to highest). The user can rearrange records by any column by simply Clicking on that column's heading. Single click sorts by ascending order. Double click (or a single click again) sorts the records in descending order in that column.
For example, click on the word “Bookdate” in the Bookdate column. When the “up” arrow appears, this means that the oldest clients are listed at the top, and the newest clients are listed at the bottom. To reverse the order (and show the newest clients first), click on “Bookdate” a second time. All columns can be re-sorted.
