This box in the upper left enables you to produce the CLIF report as a Word document (see Screen H and later screens below). You can use the highlighted up/down arrows to scroll through all text comments, one box at a time, while viewing the screen on-line. Sometimes it is more efficient to display all comments at once, however. To do so, click on this menu button. Doing so creates a document in Microsoft Word format that enables you to view all agency comments and all jail comments at once without scrolling. In addition, at the top of each document is all Detainee Basic Information and the Diagnosis and Medication information.
